Geonation Ltd is the intended controller for personal data submitted through the Twin7 public website. This policy covers product enquiries, demonstration requests, pilot or workshop interest, consultancy interest, newsletter interest, privacy choices and consent-governed website analytics.
We may process contact details, organisation details, role information, project context, consent records, security logs and preference choices. If you grant analytics consent, Google Analytics may process website usage information and associated technical data for measurement. Twin7 does not load the Google Analytics tag before analytics consent under its Basic Consent Mode implementation.
Data is used to respond to requests, prepare relevant commercial follow-up, protect the website, administer requested communications and, where analytics consent is granted, understand website usage and improve the service. Lawful bases are expected to include consent, legitimate interests and pre-contractual steps, subject to legal review.
Google Analytics is optional and consent-governed. Advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalisation, Google signals and ad-personalisation signals are not enabled by the Twin7 analytics integration at this release. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings.
Personal data should be retained only as long as needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations and defensible business records. Analytics processing is subject to the configured Google Analytics retention controls and applicable Google terms. Processor configuration and retention settings remain part of production governance and legal review.
Individuals can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable. Production contact details, supervisory-authority wording and response procedures require legal review before final legal sign-off.
